The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
Attend weekly fit sessions across both men's and womenswear (including accessories).
Independently lead the fit session for your own brands/categories, and work closely with the design team to ensure excellent and consistent fit of the product.
Record all fit comments and clearly relay to the factories, ensuring amendments are accurately reflected in future samples or production.
Ensure all garments are sealed in line with the CP.
Analysis of test reports and oversee the care label approvals for your own brand/product category.
Maintain grading/sizing rules for each garment type and for each individual brand.
Help techs to create a block library for each brand, ensuring this is updated each season.
Work with QC team on supplier audits/production checks.
Report on quality, faults and production each season detailing each factory performance against target.
Help to establish new innovation technologies e.g. 3D fitting, testing new performance fabrics.
