Overview
Are you ready to join the Fearless? We are currently looking for IT Service Desk Junior Analysts to join our team. If you are looking to kick-start a career in tech, this is the perfect opportunity to gain knowledge and qualifications to grow your career. As part of the role you will take responsibility for IT support queries from our Head Office, Warehouses and Retail globally, providing a broad range of IT support via our contact centre and ticketing systems. You will be taught various troubleshooting methods, how to proactively manage a ticketing queue, and how to escalate and challenge issues to senior team members when necessary. You will also write technical documentation and knowledge articles, and assist the wider IT teams with preparation of hardware/software when necessary.
This is an office-based role working 40 hours with the team following a shift pattern within the hours of 7am and 9pm, including weekend work on a 1 in 4 basis.
Responsibilities
- Handle IT support queries from Head Office, Warehouses and Retail globally via contact centre and ticketing systems.
- Learn and apply troubleshooting methods; proactively manage and prioritise a busy ticket queue.
- Escalate and collaborate with senior team members when necessary.
- Write and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
- Assist the wider IT teams with hardware/software preparation as needed.
Qualifications
- No prior experience needed but demonstrate a passion for IT and a desire to develop skills and grow with the business.
- Team-focused and able to communicate effectively with colleagues to offer and receive support and advice.
- Problem-solving mindset; able to think logically and remain calm under pressure.
- Able to proactively manage and prioritise a busy workload.
- While not essential, experience in a customer-facing role and/or experience in a retail/warehouse environment is desirable.
- All technical training will be provided via our IT Training Programme during onboarding.
