To own and lead fitness product, positively impacting members and mentoring the team to deliver the best fitness experience. This is a full-time position reporting directly to the General Manager and responsible for delivering an elevated fitness experience through products such as MOVE, REDEFINE, Personal and Group Training.

Responsibilities
- Represent Everlast Gyms as a fitness ambassador
- Consistently demonstrate our elevated working standards
- Lead national initiatives like #WorkoutWednesday & in-gym challenges
- Advocate for and deliver the member onboarding program, MOVE, supporting team confidence and delivery
- Manage the REDEFINE product, driving sales and engagement
- Recruit, train, and mentor Fitness Coaches & Personal Trainers
- Manage group training schedules & monitor performance against KPIs
- Enhance member engagement within your community
- Deliver classes in line with gym guidelines
- Focus on increasing new member sales and retaining existing members
- Support revenue growth through membership and product sales
- Lead by example on reception and gym floor
- Provide regular, constructive feedback to team members
- Drive personal training session sales and deliver sessions monthly
Qualifications
- Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
- CIMSPA Practitioner level certification
- Experience in personal training sessions
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
