Job Description Within this role you will provide commercial support across the Capital Expenditure programme for Frasers Group across all facia\’s, project types. Support the production of feasibility estimates and provide commercial assistance at initial concept design to assist development appraisals across UK & EU new store and refit programmes. Undertaking global reporting of monthly cost reports and monthly cashflows along with maintaining and refining the commercial/ contractual suite of documentation. You will also work with internal stakeholders and Cost Management team to manage the cost model as requirements change. You will be experienced in working with an external team of QS\’ on multiple projects and have held a QS position previously. Ideally with retail experience within refits and new store development with EU exposure is beneficial along with an ability to negotiate and present to internal stakeholders and control multi-million pound projects in a fast paced environment. Qualifications A Degree in Quantity Surveying, and 3-5 years of experience in Cost Management An in-depth experience of projects exceeding 1m Sound knowledge of legal and contractual frameworks Experience of all RIBA stages of the design process from conception through to delivery. Understanding of Retail Construction coupled with good understanding of Building Regulations and Compliance.
