Overview:
An opportunity has arisen for a Bar Tenders staff to join us on a casual basis. The main purpose of the role is to provide guests with an excellent customer experience serving a variety of food and drinks in our in-house concessions outlets.
Hours of work:
This role is offered on a Casual Worker basis with no guarantee of work. Shift assignments are fully flexible and may include early starts, late finishes, and weekend working. Rates of pay start from £12.21 inclusive of holiday pay per hour, rising to £13.67 per hour.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing all customers at the CBS Arena with excellent customer service
- Serving a range of drinks to all guests of the CBS Arena
- Interacting with customers and providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining the areas of work to a high standard of cleanliness
- Taking orders from clients and customers, utilising the till system to accurately take orders
- Adhering to the policies and standards of the CBS Arena, including Cash Handling, Stock Management, Health & Safety, and Food Safety
