Are you ready to join the Fearless?
We are seeking a Product Designer to join our diverse, dynamic, collaborative and creative Product Design team. In this role, your primary function will be to create functional and appealing products, balancing user experience, business goals, and technology through research, prototyping, and collaboration with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, optimisation and trading teams. You will create meaningful, accessible and desirable experiences that delight our users.
Design Systems expert: Contribute to and maintain our design system, ensuring consistency across all products.
Design Execution: Create high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. Analyze user feedback and activity to enhance the user experience.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure design feasibility.
Iteration: Continuously improve and iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and team input.
Innovation: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Bring new ideas and approaches to the table.
Documentation: Create detailed design documentation and specifications to communicate design decisions effectively.
Qualifications
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work across web and mobile applications. Strong experience working with Design Systems, building, maintaining, adhering to best practice, and keeping up to date with Figma releases.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, UX Design, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Highly proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus.
Problem-Solving: Demonstrate some analytical and problem-solving skills, with a user-centred approach to design.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions effectively.
Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
