Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our in-house marketing team at Everlast, supporting both the UK and US markets. You will play a key role in executing and optimising multi-channel performance marketing strategies across Affiliates, Paid Social, and PPC to drive growth and brand visibility. This is a unique opportunity to work with a well-established brand within the fitness and lifestyle sector, managing campaigns from strategy through to execution, analysis, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Affiliates: Manage and optimise affiliate marketing campaigns to drive incremental revenue across UK and US markets. Develop strong relationships with key affiliate partners, leveraging data-driven insights to maximise performance. Monitor affiliate performance, track key metrics, and implement strategies to enhance program effectiveness. Stay updated on industry trends and identify new affiliate opportunities.
- Paid Social: Develop, execute & manage end-to-end paid social strategies across Meta & TikTok platforms. Continuously analyse campaign performance and implement optimisations to achieve KPIs & drive business focuses. Create engaging, data-driven ad content to reach targeted audiences. Collaborate with internal teams to drive performance (Performance, Trade, Creative & Tech teams) & work with key external partners.
- PPC: Plan, execute & optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads & Bing to drive incremental revenue, increase brand visibility & drive site traffic. Manage day-to-day campaign performance including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management and budget pacing. Stay on top of industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly track and report on channel, platform & campaign performance. Use analytics tools (e.g. GA4, Power BI, Partnerize, Fospha) to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in performance marketing, specifically in Affiliates, Paid Social, and PPC.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and affiliate management platforms.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Passion for the fitness and lifestyle sector is a plus.
