We are now looking for additional Supervisors to join our brand new Flagship store in Meadowhall Sheffield. Please note this is a full-time contract of 45h per week. The shifts will vary week on week but will include daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.
Your Role:
- Proactively drive store performance across all departments with creative flair.
- Ensure delivery of the brand is in line with all visual merchandising guidelines.
- Promote compliance within the team to adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Maximise sales and product availability whilst controlling costs.
- Exceed customer expectations to deliver great customer service, driving company targets.
