Location: Field-based | Midlands & South of England

Base: Flexible – home-based within territory

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 DOE

Your Role:

We are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to join our growing, solutions-led sales team. This is a highly consultative role where technical expertise, problem-solving, and customer relationships are central to success. Working closely with a Sales Coordinator and our wider technical and after-sales teams, you will sell precision cleaning equipment, advanced chemistries, and soldering solutions across the UK (predominantly the Midlands and South of England). You will embody Fraser Technologies’ customer-first approach, becoming a trusted technical partner to your customers—helping them improve process capability, efficiency, and environmental performance through best-in-class solutions.

About You:

Responsibilities:

  • Analysing customer requirements and scoping technical solutions for custom projects
  • Sell a range of high-quality products for precision cleaning and electrical manufacturing applications
  • Forge meaningful relationships with a diverse range of clients across the UK, growing our customer base.
  • Identify new industry sectors suitable for Fraser Technologies' growing product offering
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts and conduct process audits
  • Work with the after-sales team to ensure industry-leading customer service

Your Skills:

  • Relevant Industry Experience
  • Full UK driving license
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Commercial awareness

Education:

Degree-level qualification in engineering, manufacturing, or production (Bachelor’s degree, NVQ Level 6), or qualified by experience.
