We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our team. We seek a hands-on Site Manager, who will have technical knowledge alongside permit/documentation experience.

About the company: We pride ourselves on our extensive knowledge of construction in the retail sector servicing a variety of blue-chip clients. The company focuses heavily on the EV Charging market with some work in the petroleum sector. Whether it is a knock down & rebuild project, refurbishment or new build, we can manage your project safely to a first-class standard and provide you with a professional service.

Job Description:

  • Site safety and supervision
  • Control of subcontract activities
  • Operation of plant and equipment on site
  • Ensuring compliance with the site programme
  • Maintaining records registers as required

The right candidate will have:

  • Understanding that this role requires you to work away from home Monday-Friday (essential)
  • Minimum of 2 years of Site Management experience, with 1 year in Groundworks/Coms/Civils (essential)
  • CSCS Black Card (essential)
  • SMSTS (essential)
  • Training for machines and SSSTS (desirable)
  • Full UK driving licence (required)
  • EV or Petroleum experience (desirable but not essential)
