We are working in partnership with a well-established, independent planning consultancy to appoint a Senior Planner to join their growing team in Manchester. The business provides specialist planning and environmental consultancy across all types and scales of development, including complex projects. They advise developers, landowners, and public sector clients from feasibility through to delivery, covering major applications, public consultation, appeals, and Environmental Impact Assessments—ensuring projects are robust, compliant, and achievable.
