Your duties and responsibilities will develop during your training to include:
- Accurate preparation of pricing and costing documentation
- Management of subcontractor and client requests to ensure efficient and profitable delivery of projects, including preparation of valuations
Location: Office Fleet, travel throughout the UK
Employment Type: Full Time, office Permanent (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm)

From our base in Fleet, a talented and dedicated team of managers and administrators turn clients' design requirements into reality with a key focus on budget and programme. Our clients are major blue-chip companies.
Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
- Developing new clients
- Maintaining relationships and client facing to develop profitable work streams
- Pricing of projects:
- Compilation of budget prices for projects based on development plan and pricing documents
- Price for schemes based on schedule of rates currently used, using full working drawing packages
- Producing tender packages for projects, based on tender information available
- Producing prices and programming small works
- Cost Analysis for all submitted tender and priced packages being sent from Forecourt Limited
- Compile and use subcontractor tender information and prices based on the scope of works
- Write and compile subcontractor orders and qualify subcontractor's competence for completing tasks
- Ensure take off information is compiled and written including equipment that is required to be purchased by the buyer
- Drawing distribution lists compiled for the correct drawing distribution to subcontractors
Ideal Candidate: Our ideal candidate is dynamic and hardworking and can work within a high-quality and high output team. They should have good numerical skills and an understanding of construction. Experience in a professional environment and a willingness to develop a technical understanding of construction. Driving licence required.
