We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Negotiator to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual with a proven track record in residential sales to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Registering and qualifying potential buyers.
- Conducting sales valuations and securing new instructions.
- Conducting property viewings with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Negotiating terms between buyers and sellers to achieve the best outcome for all parties.
- Delivering exceptional customer service to sellers and buyers throughout the process.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with all parties to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Supporting the wider team in achieving branch targets.
- Keeping up to date with legislation, compliance, and local sales market trends.
About You
- At least 2 years experience in the UK property sales industry is essential.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Results-driven with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- A proactive, professional, and positive approach.
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
