The Team provides a comprehensive range of debt recovery services, utilising cutting-edge technology and specialist teams dedicated to different debt types. Operating under a centralised management structure enables us to deliver consistently high levels of service to our clients. It comprises two specialist divisions:
- Field Services & Collections
- Enforcement
The Role involves handling a variety of cases including:
- Vehicle repossessions relating to defaulted motor finance agreements
- Voluntary surrenders and voluntary terminations
- Early-stage arrears collections
- Customer reconnection visits
- Asset verification and investigation activities
We work with leading retail banking clients and motor finance lenders and are recognised throughout the industry for delivering exceptional service standards. Comprehensive classroom and field-based training is provided through our dedicated Learning & Development Team, making this role suitable for both experienced candidates and those looking to develop a new career.
All equipment is supplied, including:
- Company vehicle
- Fuel card
- Body Worn Video (BWV)
- Company uniform
- iPad
- ANPR system
Eligibility Requirements: Due to insurance requirements, applicants must be aged 25 years or over and hold a full UK driving licence.
Salary & Benefits: Basic salary of £26,000 per annum plus an uncapped performance-related bonus scheme. There is a shift work pattern on a rolling week basis, which will include early and late starts.
