Fraser Home Care is expanding its team of Care at Home Assistants, offering competitive hourly rates from £13.50 to £14.00 per hour.

Our company, an approved SVQ centre, can assist, guide, and mentor you through your award, providing the foundation and qualifications for a rewarding career in the social care sector. Opportunities are available across the following shift patterns:
Part time mornings on rotation 7am to 2pm
Part time evenings on rotation 4pm to 10pm
Full time on rotation 7am to 10pm with a 2 hour break between 2pm and 4pm
Saturday - Sunday 8am to 12.30pm
Bank/Relief
Rotation -
Week 1 - Monday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
Week 2 - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
About the role:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team providing holistic personal care. By adopting a person-centred approach, we assist, enable, and support the overall wellbeing of vulnerable community members, helping them maintain their dignity and independence. Our care services are delivered in clients’ homes across the Inverness areas of Smithton, Culloden, Balloch, Cradlehall, and Westhill.
Responsibilities may include meal preparation, medication assistance, personal care, light cleaning, laundry, shopping, and other domestic tasks as needed.
No prior experience in care is required, as we offer comprehensive training and ongoing support. We are looking for empathetic and compassionate individuals who are eager to make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable people and possess a proactive attitude.
Essential requirements:
Valid driving licence
Access to your own car for work purposes
Car insurance that includes business use
We are unable to consider anyone without a driving licence or a car at this time.

Use of manual transmission company cars on certain runs (over 21)
