If you have at least 3 years of relevant Store Management / Leadership experience in a luxury, customer-focused retail environment, we have an exciting opportunity for you as Manager in our Maidstone store. If you want to be a part of this successful team, we’d love to hear from you.

ABOUT YOU

  • You have at least 3 years of relevant Store Manager experience in a specialist retail environment selling luxury products and brands.
  • You will lead, motivate, and coach your people to have personal meaningful interactions with our customers to make them feel special.
  • You will have the confidence to share knowledge and drive behavioural change to develop team growth.
  • You will be commercially minded to maximise sales opportunities and drive business performance.
