- You have at least 3 years of relevant Store Manager experience in a specialist retail environment selling luxury products and brands.
- You will lead, motivate, and coach your people to have personal meaningful interactions with our customers to make them feel special.
- You will have the confidence to share knowledge and drive behavioural change to develop team growth.
- You will be commercially minded to maximise sales opportunities and drive business performance.
