This is a full-time, on-site Retail Watch Specialist role based in Glasgow City. The Retail Watch Specialist will welcome and engage customers, provide tailored advice on watches, and support them in selecting timepieces that suit their style, needs, and budget. Day-to-day tasks include demonstrating detailed product features, explaining brand stories, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records. The role involves achieving sales targets, contributing to in-store visual merchandising, and ensuring displays and stock are presented to brand standards. The specialist will also handle basic aftercare advice, coordinate with colleagues for repairs or servicing, and support an outstanding customer experience with every interaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Retail Sales skills with a focus on achieving targets through consultative, needs-based selling.
  • Solid Product Knowledge, ideally in watches, luxury goods, or jewelry, with a willingness to learn about brands, movements, and materials.
