We are looking to recruit a Senior Support Assistant (SSA) to our Team. The role of being a SSA is an important role within Fraser Home Care & the social care industry. In this pivotal role, you'll help uphold the high standards of care and dignity that define our service.
Full time hours, Rotational shifts, £13.75 - £14.25 per hour.
What the role involves:
- Provide consistent, dependable care across scheduled shifts, stepping into team lead responsibilities when needed
- Support and guide new team members through mentoring and informal training
- Communicate with clarity, focus, and empathy to ensure client needs are met
- Promote dignity and respect in every interaction with clients and colleagues
- Collaborate with other professionals to support individual care needs and accurately update care plans
