Available Shift Patterns

Flexible options to suit different lifestyles:

  • Part‑time mornings (rotational): 8am–2pm
  • Part‑time mornings (weekends): 8am–2pm
  • Part‑time mornings (Monday – Friday): 8am–12pm
  • Full‑time (rotational): 8am–10pm with a 2‑hour break (2pm–4pm)
  • Relief positions available

Two‑week rotation:

  • Week 1: Monday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
  • Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

About the Role

You’ll be delivering holistic, person‑centred care to clients in their own homes across the Inverness area – helping people maintain dignity, independence, and wellbeing. Typical duties include:

  • Meal preparation
  • Medication assistance
  • Personal care
  • Light household tasks (cleaning, laundry, etc.)
  • General support to help clients live safely and comfortably at home

No previous experience is needed – just empathy, compassion, and a positive, proactive attitude. We provide full training.

Essential Requirements

  • Full valid driving licence
  • Access to your own car
  • Willingness to obtain business insurance
