We are recruiting dedicated Care at Home Workers to support vulnerable people in the Inverness area, helping them live with dignity and independence in their own homes. Evenings on rotation 4pm – 10pm.
Week 1: Monday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
£13.50 – £14.00 per hour.
We are seeking empathetic, compassionate individuals who are driven to make a difference — supporting people to maintain dignity and independence, while bringing a proactive mindset and an openness to learning, across the Inverness areas of Balloch, Culloden, Smithton, Westhill, Cradlehall, Milton of Leys and Drakies.
What You’ll Do
- Provide personal care with dignity and respect
- Support with meal preparation and medication assistance
- Promote independence and wellbeing through holistic, person-centred care
What We Offer
