We are recruiting dedicated Care at Home Workers to support vulnerable people in the Inverness area, helping them live with dignity and independence in their own homes. Full-time on rotation between 7am - 10pm (scheduled break 2pm-4pm).
Week 1: Monday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
£13.50 - £14.00 per hour
We are seeking empathetic, compassionate individuals who are driven to make a difference — supporting people to maintain dignity and independence, while bringing a proactive mindset and an openness to learning, across the Inverness areas of Balloch, Culloden, Smithton, Westhill, Cradlehall, Milton of Leys and Drakies.
What You'll Do:- Provide personal care with dignity and respect
- Support with meal preparation and medication assistance
- Promote independence and wellbeing through holistic, person‑centred care
- Full training and ongoing support – no previous care experience required
- Paid induction training and shadow shifts
- Paid PVG check
- Paid mileage or use of work cars on certain runs
- Uniform and PPE provided
- A chance to gain SVQ qualifications in social care through our approved centre, without attending college
- 28 days paid annual leave inclusive of public holidays
