Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting a Void Supervisor for an on-going contract role. Our client is a well-established, leading Social Housing Contractor. Due to continued growth, they are expanding their refurbishment and maintenance team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful business and be part of its continued development. This role will cover contracts within the Camden area.

Pay & Working Hours

  • Pay Rate: £26.00 – £32.50 per hour
  • Contract Type: On-going contract
  • Working Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm

The Role

  • Manage the performance of operatives and subcontractors to deliver contract objectives
  • Take ownership of company, client, and contract processes
  • Support the Contracts Manager across voids, planned, and reactive maintenance activities
  • Assist the Contracts Manager with day-to-day duties as required
  • Undertake site-based works when necessary

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of staff and third parties through regular toolbox talks and safety training
  • Drive productivity and provide technical support to operatives and contractors
  • Monitor completed works daily and review planning for upcoming voids and maintenance works
  • Ensure a high standard of service delivery to clients and residents
  • Manage individual performance and address issues proactively
  • Support the Contracts Manager in achieving contract, sales, margin, and cost targets

Essential Requirements

  • Previous social housing contract management experience
  • Full UK driving licence (company van provided)
  • SMSTS Card (essential)
