Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting a Void Supervisor for an on-going contract role. Our client is a well-established, leading Social Housing Contractor. Due to continued growth, they are expanding their refurbishment and maintenance team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful business and be part of its continued development. This role will cover contracts within the Camden area.
Pay & Working Hours
- Pay Rate: £26.00 – £32.50 per hour
- Contract Type: On-going contract
- Working Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm
The Role
- Manage the performance of operatives and subcontractors to deliver contract objectives
- Take ownership of company, client, and contract processes
- Support the Contracts Manager across voids, planned, and reactive maintenance activities
- Assist the Contracts Manager with day-to-day duties as required
- Undertake site-based works when necessary
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of staff and third parties through regular toolbox talks and safety training
- Drive productivity and provide technical support to operatives and contractors
- Monitor completed works daily and review planning for upcoming voids and maintenance works
- Ensure a high standard of service delivery to clients and residents
- Manage individual performance and address issues proactively
- Support the Contracts Manager in achieving contract, sales, margin, and cost targets
Essential Requirements
- Previous social housing contract management experience
- Full UK driving licence (company van provided)
- SMSTS Card (essential)
