The Role
- 1st and 2nd Fix Carpentry – Hanging doors, fitting skirting and architrave.
- Basic Plumbing: Conduct essential plumbing tasks to maintain and improve property conditions.
- Kitchen and Bathroom Refurbishment Works: Play a key role in upgrading these critical areas.
- Minor Tiling Repairs: Address small tiling issues in bathrooms and kitchens.
- Patch Plastering: Execute minor plastering tasks to ensure smooth and finished surfaces.
- Snagging Works: Identify and rectify minor defects to ensure high-quality standards.
- Logging Works via PDA: Efficiently document tasks and progress using a PDA.
