Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting for a Plasterer for a full-time role. Our client is a well-established, leading Social Housing Contractor and due to continued growth, is expanding its Repairs and Maintenance team. The business has continued to grow over recent years and this new role is a great chance to be part of its exciting future.
The Role:
- Plastering & patch repairs
- Bond and set, plasterboard, minor finishing and rendering
- Painting and decorating
- Wall tiling
- Basic carpentry and maintenance repairs in properties
- Liaise with tenants/residents
Essential:
- Full Driving Licence (Company van & Fuel Card Provided)
Desirable:
- Previous Social Housing Experience
- NVQ Qualification
