Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting for a Plasterer for a full-time role. Our client is a well-established, leading Social Housing Contractor and due to continued growth, is expanding its Repairs and Maintenance team. The business has continued to grow over recent years and this new role is a great chance to be part of its exciting future.

The Role:

  • Plastering & patch repairs
  • Bond and set, plasterboard, minor finishing and rendering
  • Painting and decorating
  • Wall tiling
  • Basic carpentry and maintenance repairs in properties
  • Liaise with tenants/residents

Essential:

  • Full Driving Licence (Company van & Fuel Card Provided)

Desirable:

  • Previous Social Housing Experience
  • NVQ Qualification
