This is a permanent, full-time position with a strong salary package, company vehicle and excellent benefits. Salary: £41,207 basic salary + £4,000 supplement Contract: Permanent, full time Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm Location: All areas of London and surrounding areas THE ROLE: You’ll be carrying out fire safety and passive fire protection works across residential properties and communal areas, including: * Fire door installation and repairs * Fire door upgrades and remedial works * Passive fire protection maintenance * Minor fire-stopping repairs * General carpentry associated with fire safety works * Completing job sheets and compliance documentation WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: * Strong carpentry experience * Previous experience working with fire doors * Knowledge of passive fire protection * Good attention to detail and quality of workmanship * Experience completing job sheets and compliance documentation * A full UK manual driving licence BM TRADA knowledge and fire-stopping experience would be advantageous, although training will be provided where required.
