Repairs Supervisor Cambridge (Covering Cambridgeshire 45,000 per annum + Company Van 4:30pm Fraser Edwards are recruiting for an experienced Repairs Supervisor to join a leading property services contractor delivering responsive repairs and maintenance across a social housing contract in Cambridge and the surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated supervisor with a background in property maintenance to lead a team of skilled tradespeople, ensuring repairs are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
Working closely with operational teams, subcontractors and the client, you ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving operational performance.
The Role As Repairs Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a team of operatives carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance works.
