Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting for a Passive Fire Stopper for a full-time role. Our client is a well-established, leading Social Housing Contractor and due to continued growth, is expanding its Repairs and Maintenance team. The business has continued to grow over recent years and this new role is a great chance to be part of its exciting future. The Role: * Fire Risk Assessments * Reactive fire prevention * Passive fire stopping works * Finishing * General maintenance repairs in properties * Liaise with tenants/residents Essential: * Full Driving Licence (Company van & Fuel Card Provided) Desirable: * Previous Social Housing Experience * NVQ Qualification Level 2 in passive Fire Protection (25 days holiday plus bank holidays)
