Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting for a Plasterer/Multi Trader for an On-Going Contract role.
Our client is a well-established, leading Social Housing Contractor and due to continued growth, is expanding its Repairs and Maintenance team. The business has continued to grow over recent years and this new role is a great chance to be part of its exciting future.
The Role:
- Plastering & patch repairs
- Bond and set, plasterboard, minor finishing and rendering
- Painting and decorating
- Wall tiling
- Basic carpentry and maintenance repairs in properties
- Liaise with tenants/residents
Essential:
- Full UK Driving Licence (Company van is provided for this role)
- Previous Social Housing Experience
Working Hours:
- Monday - Friday
- 36 Hours Per Week
