Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting for a Carpenter/Multi Trade Operative. Our client is a well-established, Leading Construction Contractor and due to continued growth, is expanding it\’s reactive VOID & maintenance and repairs team. The business has continued to grow over recent years and this new role is a great chance to be part of its exciting future. The Role: * 1st & 2nd Fix Carpentry such as kitchen installations, hanging doors, fencing etc. * 2nd Fix Plumbing – tap, basin and toilet changes * Patch Tiling * Patch Plastering * UPVC repairs and maintenance * Double glazed unit replacement * Minor Brickwork * Sealing/Silicone * Snagging Works * Patch Plastering * Logging works via PDA * Liaising with customers, clients, and staff This role will include a call out rota, which is 1 in every 4 weeks.
