Fraser Edwards are recruiting a Planner / Scheduler on behalf of a well-established, leading Property Maintenance Contractor. Due to continued growth, our client is expanding their busy administration team and is looking for an organised, proactive individual to support their operations.

Role Overview: You will be responsible for arranging, scheduling, and managing works across residential and communal properties using the company workflow system. This is a fast-paced coordination role involving engineers, residents, and internal teams to ensure jobs are scheduled efficiently and completed on time. Typical tasks include scheduling testing & inspection appointments, arranging access with residents or site staff, updating job workflows, and managing documentation such as asbestos reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Log and input jobs into the workflow management system
  • Update and track job progress through internal systems
  • Schedule and re-schedule appointments for engineers and priority works
  • Book access appointments with residents and site staff
  • Upload asbestos reports onto relevant work orders
  • Maintain spreadsheets, overdue reports, and client portals
  • Deliver excellent customer service at all times

Skills Required:

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and administrative ability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive, proactive attitude with good timekeeping

Hours & Benefits:

  • Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
  • Permanent full-time position
  • Competitive salary: £30,000 – £32,000 per annum
  • Stable role within a growing, reputable contractor
