Pay: £41,200.00 per year Job Description: Fraser Edwards are currently working directly with a Social Housing Contractor to recruit a UPVC Carpenter for permanent role - undertaking work across South West London. The Role: This role will be on a repairs and maintenance contract, completing works in occupied and void properties. Duties: * Carpentry - Hanging Doors, Skirting, Flooring, Architrave * Internal and External window repairs * Fit UPCV doors and windows * Lock renewals * Snagging Works * Logging works via PDA * Liaising with customers, clients, and staff Company Benefits: * Basic Salary: £41,200 * Additional Overtime Available * 28 days holiday (Increasing To 31 days) + Bank holidays * Company Pension * Company Van * Fuel Card * Trade Card * Power Tools Candidate Requirements * Full UK Driver’s Licence * Core trade qualification is desirable but not essential * 2+ years’ experience within a similar trade role Working Hours * Monday – Friday * 40 Hours Per Week * Lunch Break
