Our client is a well-established, leading Social Housing Contractor and due to continued growth, is expanding its Groundworks team. The Role: * Fencing Works * Paving/slabbing works * Concrete Works * Installing bollards * Brickwork Company Benefits: * Basic Salary: £41,200 * Additional Overtime Available * 28 days holiday (Increasing To 31 days) + Bank holidays * Company Pension * Company Van * Fuel Card * Trade Card * Power Tools Candidate Requirements * Full UK Driver’s Licence * Core trade qualification is desirable but not essential * 2+ years’ experience within a similar trade role Working Hours * Monday – Friday * 40 Hours Per Week * Lunch Break Essential: Full UK driving licence (company van is provided) Desirable: Previous Social Housing experience
