Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting for a Plumber for a permanent role. This role will be working in residential properties on a fixed site, undertaking reactive repairs and maintenance works within communal areas and commercial units.
Our client is a well-established Property Management company and due to continued growth, is expanding its team. The business has continued to flourish over recent years and this new role is a great chance to be part of its exciting future.
Responsibilities:
- Complete scheduled plumbing inspections and routine maintenance.
- Diagnose faults and provide quotes when required.
- Carry out reactive plumbing work such as leak investigations, water tank cleans, and general repairs.
- Maintain excellent health and safety standards.
- Assist with basic multi-trade tasks, including:
- Minor carpentry repairs (doors, windows)
- Simple locksmith adjustments
- Signage installation
- General ad-hoc maintenance duties
Desirable qualifications:
- Experience working in domestic/residential properties or facilities maintenance works.
- Good communication skills with residents.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 8am-5pm with 1 hour lunch break.
