Salary: £41,207 basic salary + £4,000 supplement
Contract: Permanent, full time
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
Location: All areas of London and surrounding areas
THE ROLE:
You'll be carrying out fire safety and passive fire protection works across residential properties and communal areas, including:
- Fire door installation and repairs
- Fire door upgrades and remedial works
- Passive fire protection maintenance
- Minor fire-stopping repairs
- General carpentry associated with fire safety works
- Completing job sheets and compliance documentation
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Strong carpentry experience
- Previous experience working with fire doors
- Knowledge of passive fire protection
- Good attention to detail and quality of workmanship
- Experience completing job sheets and compliance documentation
- A full UK manual driving licence BM TRADA knowledge and fire-stopping experience xgikmsk would be advantageous, although training will be provided where required. PACKAGE:
