Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting for a Multi Trade Operative for a permanent role. This role will be working in residential properties on a fixed site, undertaking reactive repairs and maintenance works within communal areas and commercial units. Our client is a well-established Property Management company and due to continued growth, is expanding its team. The business has continued to flourish over recent years and this new role is a great chance to be part of its exciting future.

Please note that this role is 40 hours per week, working Thursday-Monday.

The Role:

  • Carry out carpentry repairs to doors and windows.
  • Perform basic locksmith tasks, including lock and door closer adjustments.
  • Undertake light decorating and flooring works.
  • Conduct security and H&S inspections, reporting any defects.
  • General building upkeep.
  • Assist with bin collection and cleaning of bin areas.
  • Record all work accurately using the company’s mobile app.
  • Work closely with estate managers, contractors, and the wider maintenance team.

Desirable:

  • Carpentry bias
  • Experience working in domestic/residential properties or facilities maintenance works
  • Good communication skills with residents

Schedule:

  • Thursday-Monday
  • 8am-5pm with 1 hour lunch break

Pay: £45,000.00 per year
