Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting Electricians for a Temporary Role. Our client is a well-established Social Housing Contractor delivering reactive and planned maintenance services across domestic properties and communal areas. Due to continued growth and increased workload, they are expanding their electrical team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrician to join a growing contractor and play a key role in delivering essential maintenance and electrical services within occupied social housing properties.

All candidates must hold a Full UK Driving Licence along with the relevant electrical qualifications and experience.

The Role:

  • Carry out reactive electrical maintenance within social housing properties and communal areas
  • Diagnose and carry out electrical fault finding and rectification
  • Complete repairs, minor installations, and replacements within domestic environments
  • Ensure all electrical work is completed in line with current regulations and safety standards
  • Produce and complete the relevant electrical certification and compliance documentation
  • Deliver high standards of workmanship while working within tenanted properties

Essential:

  • 18th Edition (BS7671)
  • C&G Level 3 Electrical Qualification or equivalent
  • AM2
  • Gold ECS/JIB Card
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Package:

Desirable:

  • Previous Social Housing Maintenance Experience
  • Experience working within occupied properties and reactive maintenance environments
