Our client is a well-established, leading Social Housing property maintenance company and due to continued growth, is expanding its repairs and maintenance team. The business has continued to flourish over recent years and this new role is a great chance to be part of its exciting future.
Perm role, covering the Essex region.
The Role:
- Expected to work alongside Contracts Manager
- Manage the performance of operatives and contractors to deliver contract objectives.
- Take ownership of company, client and contract processes.
- Assist the Repairs and Maintenance Senior Manager in all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance activity.
- To assist the Senior Management in their duties as necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the Health, Safety and welfare of staff and third parties through monthly toolbox talks and regular safety training.
- Drive productivity, provide support and technical input to the management of staff and contractors.
- Monitor completed works daily and conduct a daily review of planning for future works.
- Ensure that a high quality of service is delivered to clients and residents.
- Manage the performance of individuals.
- Support the Senior Management in meeting the contracts, sales, margin and cost targets on a job-by-job basis.

- Previous Social Housing experience

Pay: £40,000.00-£43,000.00 per year
