Fraser Edwards are currently seeking a Gas Heating Engineer to join our clients team working on residential properties in the York area. This exciting opportunity involves Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Repairs work to ensure the efficient operation of heating systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out PPM on heating systems across residential sites in the York area.
- Respond to call-out requests for emergency heating system repairs.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair a variety of heating systems and associated equipment.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all work completed, including service reports and job sheets.
- Collaborate with the site management teams to ensure efficient operations.
