On behalf of our client, Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting for an FRA Project Manager for a long-term social housing contract role in Enfield and the surrounding areas. Our client is a well-established, leading Social Housing Contractor and due to continued growth, is expanding its team. The business has continued to flourish over recent years and this new role is a great chance to be part of its exciting future.
The Role:
- Managing a team of supervisors, carpenters and passive fire stoppers undertaking FRA works.
- Liaising and directing sub-contractor teams undertaking works on site.
- Review incoming projects and allocate the necessary internal staff resource.
- Engage sub-contractors and support the FRA team in surveying sites prior to works.
- Ensure that all aspects of each project are effectively planned, monitored and controlled.
- Deliver project within programme and budget.
- Provide support and guidance to the FRA team.
- Working closely with the contract management team, you will be a key influencer in decision making.
- Ensure all company procedures are being complied with.
- Ensure all Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Management Procedures.
Responsibilities:
- H&S and welfare of your team.
- Responsible for P&L budgeting, implementation and performance.
- Implement process for contract performance and strategic growth.
- Reporting and analysing on contract performance, Contract KPIs and Business performance targets.
- Build, develop, shape, mentor and lead the delivery team including supply chain partners.

- Monday - Friday
- 40 hours a week
- Lunch Break 8am-5pm
