Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting for a commercial gas engineer. Our client is a fast growing and innovative Facilities Management provider, delivering a full spectrum of Hard FM Services including Planned and Reactive Gas, HVAC, Electrical and Building Fabric Maintenance Services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial gas appliances, heating systems, and associated equipment.
- Carry out routine inspections and service checks to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Diagnose and resolve faults in commercial gas systems, identifying the cause and carrying out repairs as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of all work carried out, including service reports, gas safety certificates, and compliance documentation.
Essential Requirements:
- 5-8 Years experience advantage but not required
- Experience working in the Retail/Commercial environment
- Willingness to travel within London & South East of England
- Full Driving License
- Commercial Gas Safe
- Domestic Gas Safe
- Catering Ticket (desirable but not required)
- Mobile Working
- 24 Hour on call rota with paid retainer
