We're looking for a senior operations leader to take ownership of a complex, regulated manufacturing area. This is a broad leadership role with responsibility for performance, people, technical delivery, customer confidence and long-term operational improvement.
The Role
- Lead a multi-disciplinary manufacturing value stream across operations, technical support, MSAT and project delivery
- Own performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost and people
- Balance day-to-day manufacturing delivery with change, scale-up and improvement activity
- Provide senior oversight of GxP, EHS, quality, regulatory and customer requirements
- Lead technology transfer, validation, investigations, change control and process improvement
- Govern operational, technical, customer and capital projects
- Partner with quality, engineering, supply chain, finance, HR and commercial teams
- Act as a senior customer-facing operational and technical representative
- Build leadership capability, accountability and succession across the team
What We’re Looking For
- Senior operations leadership experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Strong background in regulated environments, ideally drug substance, API, sterile, biologics or complex technical manufacturing
- Confidence leading through change, growth or transformation
- Strong understanding of GxP, EHS, quality systems and inspection readiness
- Technical credibility across process robustness, tech transfer, validation and investigations
- Commercial awareness, including budgets, capacity, resources and customer delivery
- A visible, practical leader who can make clear decisions and develop high-performing teams
