We are currently seeking an Executive Search Consultant (Associate/Graduate) to join our Head Office in Farnham, Surrey. As an integral member of our executive search team, you will be immersed in a specialised practice area, taking ownership of candidate management throughout our search processes. From business development and client engagement to efficient account management, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging top-tier talent.
- Process and Customer Experience: Generate search insights and provide real-time data to clients.
- Network Builder & Community Development: Cultivate a global or regional network within a specialised skill domain. Build networks spanning Manager, Director, VP, and SVP levels. Leverage targeted networks for business development and candidate opportunities. Develop network-based business development strategies for existing and new accounts.
- Commercial Development & Lead Generation: Collaborate with communities to identify and share leads with Consultants. Support Consultants and Management with commercial activities. Enhance sales strategy skills by supporting Client Service roles.
