Are you a skilled and motivated Residential Property Lawyer / Residential Conveyancer? We have an exciting opportunity to join Fraser Dawbarns at our Wisbech office. We are looking for a Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years’ experience of working with their own caseload.

About the role:

  • Manage a varied caseload of transactions including freehold, leasehold, new build, registered, unregistered, shared ownership, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and Land Registry applications.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to ensure efficient and timely transactions.
  • Provide clear and concise legal advice to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and firm requirements, maintaining a high standard of professional service.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent client care throughout the process.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive with 2 years’ relevant experience in residential property law.
  • Strong understanding of property legislation and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and work to deadlines.
  • A proactive and client-focused approach.
