Senior Management Accountant, Property Finance

Fraser Carver Recruitment are working with a rapidly expanding Property Finance company who are looking to bring in an experienced Senior Management Accountant to focus on FP&A, Budgeting & Forecasting, Finance Business Partnering and the management of Investor Analysis and Reporting.

Reporting into the COO/ Group FC your role will focus on preparing, developing and analysing financial information. This role will also have a client facing element, liaising with my client's HNW Investor base, providing them with constant reports/ updates and a point of contact ensuring that their investments perform as expected.

In order to be considered for this role you will need prior Financial Services experience and strong commercial finance experience across the management accounting spectrum. You will need to be fully CCAB qualified but we are open to candidates who are ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified. Ideally you will have at least 3 years PQE.

As a large part of this role involves stakeholder management both with Internal and External contacts clear, concise communications skills are a pre requisite as is someone who is dynamic and upbeat.

This role is full time office based in modern offices near Victoria station and this is NON negotiable so please do not apply if you are looking for hybrid working as this is not an option on this occasion.
