Regional Training & Competence Manager, Mortgages

Fraser Carver Recruitment are working with a reputable financial services firm who are looking to hire a Regional T&C Manager to support their mortgage broker partners across the Sussex and Kent region.

Key Responsibilities

Provide effective guidance, coaching and training to both Advisers and Approved Persons.
Building strong, effective relationships with Approved Persons to ensure they are able to drive firm accountability; understanding their responsibilities and managing the requirements.
Working with firms to develop a holistic approach to training and development, identifying and prioritising the gaps and providing tailored solutions on a both an individual and team basis.
Considering the wider impact of any risks or development needs identified, ensuring that any concerns raised or solutions offered take into account the wider implications on the team, the business and our policies and processes.
Engage and collaborate with colleagues across internal teams to deliver excellence.
Interpreting our regulatory requirements, policies and processes and clearly communicating responsibilities to advisers, making it easy for them to understand and adopt.
