The Role
We are seeking an Office Junior to join our professional team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone keen to develop administrative and office-based skills in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist partners, case managers, and office managers with daily office duties
- Manage filing systems and close files accurately
- Sort, arrange, and distribute incoming and outgoing post and DX mail
- Provide reception support during peak times or staff absences
- Answer and transfer phone calls professionally
- Assist in stock control and inventory management
- Help with bulk mailings and marketing tasks
- Support secretaries with administrative duties, including scanning and photocopying
