Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEX) with Rights of Audience London, EC1N 8EH * Full time or Part time, permanent * £50,000 per annum (FTE / DOE) Please note: Applicants must be authorised to work in the UK The Role As a CILEX-qualified Lawyer with advocacy rights, you will play a key role in probate casework, legal research, and court representation. You will have the authority to sign court papers, represent clients in legal proceedings, and advise on complex probate and estate distribution matters.
