Working pattern: Part-time, Term-time only (working for 39 weeks per year plus 6.05 weeks annual leave, which will increase after 5 years' continuous service). As the position is part-time/term-time only, the above salary will be pro rata.

We are seeking a Cover Supervisor to join our established cover team. The successful candidate will supervise whole classes during teacher absence, deliver lesson instructions as provided, maintain a positive learning environment, and ensure pupils remain engaged and on task.
The ideal candidate will be a flexible and supportive team player, willing to assist colleagues as needed. You will be resilient, calm, and professional, with the ability to manage situations effectively under pressure. This role would be particularly well suited to individuals considering a future career in teaching.
