Frank’s The Flooring Store is recruiting for a rare and exciting opportunity to join the team in its flagship Bishop Auckland store. Frank’s is the North East’s largest independent family run flooring store and we pride ourselves on helping families turn their houses into homes.

To ensure we can always provide a seamless customer journey, we are looking for an experienced Retail Manager with a proven track record of success, ideally gained in flooring retail sales. We are looking for someone who is both personally and professionally credible, engaging and driven to achieve targets and to develop the team around them.

Our Store Managers are reliable, ambitious, passionate, and focused on exceeding their customers’ expectations and their team. Experience of flooring retail sales is highly desirable, as is experience of achieving targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

Working Hours: Full time, 37.25 hours per week worked over 5 days. Below are the operating hours for Frank’s management:

  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday 9:30-5:30pm.
  • Thursday 9:30-7pm.
  • Sunday’s and Bank Holidays 10-4pm.

Retail Store Managers will work 5 shifts over the 7 days the store is open; therefore, applicants must be available for weekend work.
